The Filipino American Arts & Culture Festival in the heart of San Diego's District 4 is a one day street festival on Paradise Valley Road between Woodman Street and Gilmartin Ave. The 2012 FilAmFest is on Saturday October 6, 2012. 11am-6pm.

We are already planning this year’s festival, but we’re definitely going to need your help and assistance to make this year’s FilAmFest better than all of the prior years.  Our alumni and current organizing committee are proof that one can definitely expand his or her network greatly.  Additionally, with many different committees and departments, there can be a role for you!

I’ve been apart of Kuya Ate Mentorship Program (KAMP) since ‘08. KAMP has been successful in supporting the area’s youth since its inception (and we have a tumblr). In ‘09 we’ve organized the first High School Fil-Grad.

So think about your college org’s Fil-Grad but for High School.
